  2. Proofs are produced for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing. All proofs will be sent by email. Please note that colours may differ slightly from those pictured as the quality of images on screen is not comparable with true products. A Pantone reference colour can be supplied to indicate final print colour if required. We take great care in producing your proofs, however you are responsible for ensuring that the proof is exactly as you want it. We require written confirmation of sign off, or of any amendments. Printing will not commence until this is secured.

  4. Cancellation of order will be subject to any costs incurred. Returns will not be accepted after delivery.
  5. Postage will be charged at cost and will be dependent upon size of order.
  6. Order times vary depending upon workload. Please contact us to discuss your timescale. Note that standard wedding etiquette dictates that invitations are posted 6 weeks before the wedding date, and you should allow 2 weeks for writing and posting. We advise that you order at least 12 weeks before your wedding to allow for print checks, etc.
