About Us

Rosy Days was started by me, Clare Tunnicliffe.

The name Rosy Days is a reference to those special moments in life that we all love to celebrate. Those in the know however would argue that it’s a direct reference to my childhood nickname, “Rosy” (given to me by my big sister Stephanie because I always had red cheeks).

I have been designing cards and invitations for friends and family for some time now and after many compliments and much encouragement, I finally took the plunge and developed my range as a business. (A big thank you to my mum, Anne for selling my first lines in her shop, “Serendipity”… it’s a small jewellery and gift shop in Omagh, Co. Tyrone, call in and say hello if you are passing, she’d love to see you!).

I’ve been working as an Interior Architect for ten years and designing for Rosy Days affords me the opportunity to run riot with my love of colour (I’m not sure many of my interiors clients would be brave enough to opt for a Rosy Days colour scheme in their projects!). … Secretly I also love colouring-in, which was why I got into the business in the first place.

As a designer I am keen to ensure that my products are unique & up to date with current trends, and I am constantly looking for new design ranges that are a “little bit different”. My cards are designed to appeal to a broad clientele & I am currently expanding my range to cater for cards that men are happy to buy! I’ve tried to make sure that there is a card for most of the key moments in life but if you feel there is one missing please let me know by clicking on the Contact Us link and sending me a message. I’m always developing the Rosy Days range, so please call back regularly and sneak a peek at what’s new.

Until next time, may every day be a “Rosy Days” day!
